Title: Sage Equipment Investment

I have a sage level just enough to endow.  Now I think I will play this sage more, I have enough zeny to either get a Kaho or Tome for him but not both.  Which one you guys think I shall get first.  I am still learning to play sage. My other equipments are:
- Wild Valk Helm
- Wild mid headgear
- Looking for muffler
- Eddga Shoes
- Looking for armor
- Horn Guard

I'd get the kaho. With the money left over you could purchase an armor (like an elemental armor for specific dungeons)

You should get the Tome first so you don't have to worry about it later. Plus you will be more powerful and will be able to make more money faster.

I don't know, I'd think Kaho would be more important at first.

Kaho should give you better stats out of it, it'll give you a better boost in int.

The only reason I'd possibly get a tome first is if you were going to go autocast and autocast alone.
Course this is referring to pvm situations.

If you really want to pvp, then strip shield will help out a whole lot.
But then of course you'll want both ;)


I'd personally go with the kaho first, its not character restricted.

if you don't mind ,just selling your wild valk helm and get both then?if not ,i more prefer tome

If you wanna be a full time sage and get it fully geared, Tome +Kaho is the way to go ;o

having just kaho will still be a bit hard to LvL (Unless you have a doppel dagger and auto cast)

having just Tome will be a bit hard since getting IC is possible, but defense is gonna be low =\

With a Kaho you'd be able to use it on multiple classes, if you ever got bored of Sage.

yea go with kaho just in case u want 2 play a diffrent char, or sell wild valk so u can get tome too
