4 - to start to nameless quest, you go talk to one npc on top-left corner of veins, its one archer named aru (i think shes named aru, even if she isnt wtv, just talk to her)
4a - continue the quest from step 2 http://irowiki.org/wiki/Nameless_Island_Entrance_Quest
