Yer just like the Toppic said i dunno if any of u guys know how 2 make one of maybe downloaded from some where???

ok this myt b a stupid question after i got the stuff wat do i do wit it put it in RO folder???

extract it to your Skin folder in your  RO folder
if you dont have one, make one
