Title: Anyone know why my screenshots aren't showing up?

When I use print screen and check my screenshot folder

It does not show up

If you've never tried taking SS's on that computer before try Scroll Lock, some laptops use that instead.

Other than that, if you press Print Screen, then try pasting into MS Paint/etc it will tell you if it's RO or your computer that's not letting you take Screenshots.

I am having the same problem. Using Vista SP2

I take a screenshot, it shows up as if I successfully took one, but doesn't show up in the folder.

Your RO folder is probably set to read only.  Right click the folder, properties, and then uncheck read only.  It'll take a minute or two.

Another possible solution is the following, since you use Windows Vista:
Go to your RO folder, and then the screenshot folder. You should see a button with the caption "Compatibility Files", as shown in this screenshot

Click on it, and you should find your lost screenshots.

Ways to get around this: Don't install RO to your C:\Program Files folder, or disable the UAC, and log in as a user with administrative privileges.

Same issue. The suggestive course didn't work.

My SS used to work til my 23rd SS.

Edit: Fixed it. Fidelis' solution worked with the Compatibility Files.
