Why was the topic "Forum Time" moved to General Questions.

OT is for Off-Topic things not related to RO in anyway.

The clock of the forums is not related to RO so surely belongs in OT.

Simple query.

That's up for debate since RO has many questions in it that are non-RO related.

If General Questions were for all queries, then why isn't every question in there?

GQ is not an off-topic area. Questions there must be related to either the game or the server (of which the forum is a part, thus why the other topic got moved, and why I'm about to move this topic, as it relates to the forum posting guidelines).
