Looks like it drops from Treasure Chest @aldeg_cas05

So looks like you'd have to have that castle, open a tone of OBB, or find one in the market?

in the SQI arena theres the npc in the middle that tells you what things drop what (like brooch[1] anolians)

necklace[1] OBEANES I believe
