Does anyone know how long it takes for the eCheck to get processed and you get your ADs? A Guild member of mine donated like 2 weeks ago and she still hasn't received her AD credit is why I'm asking.

Tell her to submit a support ticket, including the amount, the transaction ID, the paypal email address, and the date she donated on, if she hasn't done that already.

Most of the time, eChecks have to be processed manually. That's why you should transfer the money from your bank account to paypal first, and then donate, if you want to receive the ad credits instantly.

The process is:

- Submit a support ticket, include the necessary information (amount, transaction ID, paypal email address, date of the donation)
- Don't close the ticket, wait for a GM to answer you/ask you for other information that you forgot to add to the ticket
- The donation will have to be verified (only one staff member has access to the paypal account)
- As soon as the donation is verified, the ad credits will be added to the forum account.

Keep in mind that all of this has to be done manually, so there might be delays. It should usually be processed within a few days.

Well, if you're talking about Anemone's ticket, the problem was:

The GM will say something along the lines of "The donation has been verified...", and then close the ticket, but if you close the ticket before you are credited for your donation, we will not know that you are waiting for it.
That's why echecks are stupid. :/
