Title: Assasin question - assasin dagger

before i equip my assasin dagger i got180 aspd, after i used it, i only got 179 aspd? it says +2% aspd, why reducing my aspd instead?

Do you have another dagger in the other hand? You get a huge aspd deficit when you duel wield.

With 2 weapon on hand it will reduce ur's aspd for sure, and also it depend on the weight of that weapon too. Unless u got a DD weapon then u will be able to hit 190aspd.
