Title: How to donate via mail and cash?[is this like buying ADs]

Can somebody please tell me how to donate by cash via mailing?

I don't believe the server takes donations in that fashion. http://anthemro.com/donate/howto.php
It's basically only through Paypal.

The server doesn't accept mail orders anymore. If you can't aquire a credit card then you can buy a Visa prepaid card or Visa gift card and use that to donate via Paypal.

and anyway, do u have 2 do somethin w/ paypal before u can donate for server via paypal?

It worked when I used one about a year ago.

You can buy them at Walmart, I know that for sure. Visa Greendot prepaid cards. I think you might be able to get them at check cashing places, but not too sure. I did have to wait for a new card to come, took a week, so that I could charge to the Canadian server. It'll say all that on the little pamphlet you get with the card.

The prepaid and visa gift cards? I think it depends on how much money you want to put on them?

And yes, you have to register to paypal. It doesn't take long.

The only charges on paypal are transaction fees that are deducted from the amount sent. For example, if person A sends person B $100 on paypal, then person B isn't going to actually get $100, but rather more like $98.50 or something like that (I don't remember what the exact percentages are, but it's not really all that much). Person A will still only be out $100, though, so they won't even notice a difference.

There are zero monthly fees for using paypal, or any other charges. It's just the transaction fee, which only the recipient of the money will notice.

transaction fees only occur if ur sending money to another person via paypal? Is there gonna be a transaction fee if i try to donate in anthemro via paypal?

The receiver of the money "pays" the fee (they don't really get charged a fee, but rather the fee is simply automatically deducted from what they are receiving), not the sender. If you're giving money to aRO through PayPal, you won't notice any difference. If you want to donate, say $20, then $20 is all you need to have. Nothing extra.
