Well, sorry for being a total noob. >.<

I was just wondering on how to sell ads, cause i want to start :D

once you've accumulated your ads here: http://www.anthemro.com/free/vote.php
you go in game find someone who is willing to buy for your price (look for someone high leveled and rich-looking, so you dont get scammed!)
Make a deal, screenshot it!! Pull up your trade box and have them type in the amount of zeny required and press okay - screenshot.
Go to "transfer" on that link I sent you, type in their account info (They'll give that to you once you arrange the deal). Press "transfer credit" and they should click "deal" to the deal from there and you'll get your zeny.

If they dont click okay and run away with your ads - screenshot the screen saying that the deal couldn't be made or was canceled. Send in a support ticket as a 'scam' case.

If you want to be picky to make sure no one can scam you - request that they click "deal" before you send the ads - ie. you get the zeny before they get the ads.

But! If you're careful and pick well-known individuals you shouldn't have any problems :) hope this helps
