No idea, I just got got it from RMS.
...But yeah, there's a possibility they changed it. @.@

they didn't change it...they kept it the same as it WAS
our emp i believe has all the same stats/hp cept ours is earth 1 and insect :)
the reason they kept it that way is because of some sqis that has +dmg to those things so...
it was easier to change the emp rather than all the items
and plus some people use KKCC daggers and changing it to holy/angel wud make them whine...

btw s> KKC +10 mg[4] xD

40 def and ice pick does awesome damage to the emp

i dont know if RMS is right
