whats the value of 1 ad to z?

and how to process it if ur selling ad to have money?

You can't convert it. It's going for about 900k-1m right now. You'd have to transfer ads on www.anthemro.com and get the zeny in game.

any strategies that wud be fast money using ads?
to sell it or not sell it?

and if u buy worth $5 in item shop do u get the rewards too?

You get 5 Old Violet Boxes.

With the way things run in the economy, you're better off selling the ADs to players; but that's just my opinion.

is it the same as if u purchase worth $17 of card do u get the a free mini boss card of your choice?and the OVB?

There is a price besides every item. With every item you are given anywhere from 5 to 20 OVB's. As mentioned earlier though, with the economy on the server you are better off selling the Ads in game for zeny and then buying the items you want in game. It will save you money that way.
