how do ppl make like bottles of their person or there person on wanted sign???????? ??? ???

Go to the Artist's Corner section and request one of the artists there to make it for you!

For example this is the thread of the artist who makes the bottle signatures.

Although the artists would charge a small fee for their time and effort :)
