quick question:
what does it mean if you come to an emporium room with ABSOLUTELY NO EMPORIUM????????

^WoE is only a 2 hour event.

When WoE is active, not all castles are open.  Just be sure you're walking into a castle with a Flag outside and that it's during WOE hours.
