1) Go Here (http://www.anthemro.com/free/spend.php)
2) Fill out the form with the appropriate amount of credit (depending on whether you already own the regular kaho, or are buying the whole thing at once)
3) Put in your character name
4) In the desired items box, list which custom you would like to have
5) Put in your password
6) Submit
7) Wait for GM's to fill the order
