Title: Hotkey guestion

Im playing as a sin and for the life of me can't figure out how to hot key a weapon to go into the right-hand, they always go into the left-hand. Is there a way to hot key so it goes into the right-hand and if so how?

automatically?

righthand is automatically the first dagger you equip, 2nd dagger left

if you take off your main hand(right) dagger(keep left on) the next dagger will of course fill the remaining hand
Katar, then dagger goes to left hand, the next dagger goes right hand

What I mean is this *ill give you in game example*

I can go to moscovia to farm off Mavka's so I bring my DDP, fire damascus and my wind damascus what i want to be able to do is say im fighting a mavka, therefor im using my fire dammy i want to be able to just use a hot key to switch the fire damascus, which is in the right hand, with my wind damascus that way i can easily kill kikimora and yaga. Is there a way to do that without having to go to my equipment and unequiping my fire dammy and THEN use the hot key to put on the wind dammy, which kinda defeats the purpose of the hotkey.

switch hands with the weapons wat ever hand is used to auto swap put that as the elemental dagger

well put ur daggers on and sum on ur hot keys and bring up ur eqipment window and hotkey in the other dagger and wich ever dagger is taken off u know to put that as ur elemental dagger

oh I dont want do to that because i want the double attack hand to have the ele damascus in it and that is the right hand.

what do you mean? double attack is right hand and left hand only does 70 percent damage

your damage isn't determined on a hand-for-hand basis. The game totals the whole thing together, and that's how much damage you do in one hit. When you double-strike, your 2nd hit (the one you're assuming is based off of the left hand) does 70% less than a normal hit, but it's all based off of the same total score. It doesn't matter which dagger is in which hand.

I mean with the elemental weapons to to take advantage of a elemental weakness.... becuase i just tried it out and it did far less damage when the ele dammy was in the left hand

it wil take efect in either hand wer u sure it was a monster weak to that element

yes with the set up as Fire dammy right hand and DDP and left hand i did about 1300 with it as DDP right hand and fire dammy and left hand i did about 1k

do you have alot of dex? cuz if u dont then it might be becuz ur low and high r far apart

I tried it a few times and its the same result every time Fire in right and DDP in left its 1300ish and with DDP in right and fire in left its 1000

Anyways its getting alittle off topic I just really want to know if there is a way to get my ele dagger to be hotkeyed to my right hand instead of the left one

I'm looking at RO DataZone - Attacks (http://rodatazone.simgaming.net/mechanics/attacks.php) now, just to verify how it all works:

• All cards, regardless of which weapon or hand they are in, apply to the right-hand attack value only (so if you have one weapon that's DDT, and the other is HHSS, then your right-hand damage will be factored as THHSS, and your left-hand damage will be without card bonuses).
• "Note: In the case of a Dual Wielding Assassin, steps 1-28 should be completed separately for each weapon."

Okay, so it is done separately, so if one weapon is Earth and another is Wind, each hit will factor in its respective element, and not be influenced by the other. However, if either or both weapons are carded, then all cards will apply only to the right-hand attack. So whatever weapon you want your cards to apply to, put in your right hand. All your other daggers will switch in and out of your left.

my first post might have been confusing, edited it a bit.
the only way is to use a katar, wear a (DD wep first) then your ele damascus.
so you dont have to doubleclick/take off :D

Haha took a little fiddling but I got it to work the way I want it too thanks for help ^^
