ive seen 2 shops that had them priced 99,000,000 zeny... is it some kind of joke or are they just crazy?

I think they are joking with the pricing. I not sure is it reportable or not.

anyone is allowed to sell wtv they want for the price they want
reportable is put on shop title "poring cards 10k" and sell them for 100k

sometimes is just to keep the shop open, even if everything gets sold

sadly, theres quite a lot of those gold ring 40+ mil even though they arent in the title(mostl likely pretending to be cheap celeb rings to the rushing shoppers)
