Is there a way to recover my ingame password?
I quitted some months ago and now I can't remember it >_>

You can submit a support ticket along with the information that you do have, most importantly being the email.
If you can include screenshots and IGNs, that would help our search to help prove ownership of the account and help us retrieve it~

I dont have screenies, but I have informations.
I submitted the ticket  :(

That should be fine. Screenshots are there to hep expedite the process.
Just wait for your ticket to finish and it should be fine~ :D

Ok thanks. Anyway I dont have gears on that account cause I gave all away when I quitted, I just want my characters xD
