Where can I buy them...or can I make them? Or do they drop from a monster?
Do people sell them? If so, for how much?

RMS says nothing...

100k? How much are they in the forum shop? I'd rather not waste ads on something that easy to obtain if people have some to sell.

I got one while getting cakes in Toy Factory.
Oppened one and got my last Arrow of Counter Evil to get Arte. xD
