Try to input as much information as possible, like the email address and the username, plus maybe SS's.

Not exactly, it just helps.
I didn't have mine, because I sued a different computer 3 years ago, but I still got mine back.  It just helps. /ok

i formated my pc since then ... so no ss... why would i have ss after all?

also i dont know which email i used back then ... i guess if they reset the pass and send on email i can find out.

If you havent already I recommend checking your email accounts and see if you have the old activation laying around somewhere in them. Besides it doesnt hurt to check.
