hi
can i wear a mid-headgear with a custom koho (that use upper and middle headgear) like a zhelthsh mask?

Yeah, you can.
Cause I've seen them before.  I know on the bell's one, you can't see the AWE fully. :(

But it kinda smothers the mid gear.
