Can anyone suggest to what character should I be using or perhaps the pros and cons of the characters. thanks in advance... I hope I will be enjoying this game.

Hi, Welcome to the game. Hope that u will enjoy the game. Maybe u can either start with a swordman or a merchant.

Welcome, and.. It depends on what kind of character you want to play, to be honest.
Magic user, Melee fighter, Healer? It would be easier if you were more specific.
The easiest class to start out with is most likely an aco, and then go priest. Since they do not really require any gear at the beginning. But, you won't be able to kill much else than undeads and demons. Although, most people want priests as teammates, since they can.. heal and buff, so yeah.
And, do remember to sell the knife and cotton shirt you start with, to the Novice Equipment Npc, just to the left of where you start. And buy the novice items. Will give you a nice boost, and you should stay a novice until 30 - 40 or so. Will make it easier to level.
Oh, well. Someone will probably give you better advice, but that's mine. :<

Welcome welcome! Top choice is priest actually.... but like Kiba said, "depends on what kind of characters you want to play". And most of all make sure you have fun ;3

No, the top choice isn't Priest, the top choice is Crusader.

I started as an Archer, Theydont need much, just a decent bow, and flee and what now. You can train on all kinds of stuff, plus archer is fun as hell ; And when you get 1 dopple you can just get a lot of agi until you get the second dopple. BUT if you just wanna stick with others to do your leveling ; Be a priest

And in what way is crusader the best option? You need gear to level a sader.

Hey oninz hope u enjoy anthemRO ^^ and yea the choice is really up to you. and if you ever have trouble lvling you can join a party or with friends you make in the game. if u want my save point is in amatsu usually and my friends and i would be glad to help u train =)
