Effect: Vit+1, MaxHP+10%

Would changing this footgear card to a headgear card make this card and its card combo set broken/wrong?

Yea - it would in some sense become equal to a DI card which is a lower MVP card.

So an bard/gypsy class using this card combo (if Green Ferus was ever changed into a headgear card) and a DL sleips would be detrimental to AnthemRO?

It's not really the 'combo' that makes it broken, it's the fact you can run a DI Valk Helm and still get +1 Vit and 10% MORE Hp.

The MaxHP buff of Green Ferus would nullify the MaxHP nerf of Dark Illusion, right?

A Vit+1 buff to me isn't even that good of an effect.

No, because the Nerf is nullified by the DI/DL combo.  The GF would be giving an additional 10% on top of that.
