Does it affect how many boxes BOUGHT with ADs
                          or
How many Boxes USED in game?

No because you traded those items in. Only the boxes you bought with ad credits through the item shop.

I still cant believe people manage to buy 40 boxes, thats like 60 bucks.  ???
