Title: /nc <--- is this legal

I found this thing on the net that says if you type "/nc". you don't have to hold down the mouse button the attack.
Am I allowed to do this?

anything that is on the command list for /help is legal. /nc is on that list :D (whats illegal is most third party programs lol)
