Title: Character Sprite

Is there anyone who knows how to get the sprite of the characters ?
I would like to try creating my own signature. =P

There are many different places to get RO related sprites:
 http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=Ragnarok+online+sprites&btnG=Google+Search&meta=&aq=f&oq=

I can't link you to specific ones, since most of them have other servers advertised.

If you're looking for just a character simulator, and not looking to create your own using the sprites, then heres a few good ones:

http://ro-character-simulator.ratemyserver.net/

Wow, I just found a website with loads of character sprite sheet. She got practically everything and even make her own comic. =O
