Why kiel dung is not avalaible?

kiel dungeon (the robot factory?) IS available.

go to juperos dungeon and exit through the right exit, then go to:

talk to the fella in there and you will get transported to kiel dungeon

A quick simple way to get there is yuno city then head south outside take a right and 2 maps down then south and your on the map where the kid took the screen shots.

Also once you pass that npc you must collect 30 Piece of steels from monsters on that floor then head up left and insert into the door to get to the Flr where Kiel is  :P

Edit thanks for the fix Freestyle wasnt to sure about the amount

Faster way is to take Juperos Core warp, go outside and go east 1 map

I have to try that way never have gone that way and i like finding that Wierd Blue Angeling that spawns with a mob fighting it,lol  :laugh:
