Did you download the full setup? Did you configure your firewall so that it allows RO to get through? Did you delete previous RO servers? Did you run the Anthempatc?

Make sure that the patcher is also allowed to access internet then try patching again. If it doesn't work then download the mini setup and extract it into your aRO folder.

-Don't use AnthemExe -Run Dyefire -Click Start on Patcher -Run Anthem
