what is sushi for is it like a meat consumable that you can use to heal fast?not to expensive?

A bit more expensive than meat; probably the same heal amount as monster's feed. From what people say, sushi is lighter than meat.

It is technically for free, although it would take a long time to get those "trial sushi".
