they drop thier card ingame correct? and does it have the same effect as it does on RMS??

Its 1% to cast JT than 2% i from RMS. So the % rate change

Percent should be increased to 5%  :laugh:

I wouldn't mind it being any percent, but this was just a random fix of 2% going to 1%  :laugh:.

same thing applies to injustice..5% to 1%, and theres still the looong SB delay that makes it useless too
