Title: I can't log in the game

i am new here. i just downloaded the patch cos i got ragnarok and sakray. apparently, when i log in using the username and password i registered to play, a small window informs me that the server team has blocked my ID. why is this so? i never recall anything in the past that i tried this server. please help. thank you.

Check your mail  and accept the anthemRO message.

yup. you need to verify your id first before you can log in the game. ^^

thank you guys for replying. i was wondering about that mail that i need to activate my account. sadly, it is only the forum mail that i received and was able to activate. i never received the e-mail that activates your game.
