Title: Hello Everyone! I'd like to play, but...

Hello!  My name's Ansatsu, and I got really excited about playing RO after hearing a friend talk about it.  I'd really like to play on this server, but for some reason every time I make a character, I keep getting the message "This character name already exists or contains illegal characters."  This has been going on for about an hour, and I'm pretty sure I've used names that no one is using (such as kfjiasjfle random button pressing).  I don't think letters are illegal characters either, so I'm a bit confused.  Does anyone have any advice on how I could make a character?

try a different slot there is 9 total but only 1-5 work at the moment :3 so keep trying a different slot :3 btw welcome to aro ^^

Thank you for the brilliant advice and speedy response!  I just tried making the same character in every slot, and found one that worked!  I guess it just started me on slot 6 or something?  Oh well.  Hopefully my new character "Rainer08" will get to thank you in the world.
