Title: Meat or Monster Feed?

So which one is better in niff? And where can I find the NPC that sells monster feed?

vote for monster feed
and usually buys them at south of amatsu

Monster Feed is definitely better but if you're just doing niff then it's not entirely necessary. An alternative to Amatsu is west from the prontera spawn point, not the one you start the game in, the one where warp girl takes you.
