Title: Character creation problem

Hello!
I'm new to this server. I downloaded the full setup, installed and patched all. Now i have got a problem, when i log, and i try to create a new character, it keeps saying me "This character name already exist or contains illegal characters". I tried many names, also tried to put random letters, but the problem persist.

Anyone can help me?  :-\

When in the character select screen click on the arrows at the edge
basically you in character slots 6-9, which is not open.
Character slots 1-5 is open.

I can Log in but how do i START the game.
I've downloaded the game about 20 times.
each time i log in the lady says something.
if you obtain any information my email is
alerebirth@yahoo.com.

Which lady?? The one with T-shirt and hedphones?? If so just walk past her cross bridge then enter the castle. There talk with the man. If u want try the training ground first then finish the training ground. Or direct access the ragnarok world. if u want more info try to look for Newbie guide in the forum.
