Hi there.

I have a question and wanted to know if anyone here can help me by answering it.

I made a mistake and broke my djinn, there any way I can recover whatever it?

I'm asking it because if not, no way to recovery I will stop playing anthemRO =/

how did u break it?!?!? the only thing i can think of is trying to overup it, but the game warns you like 3 times before you attempt to do that.  so im not sure how its a mistake... but if it disappeared from your inventory and you WERNT trying to upgrade it you should submit a support ticket

how you broke your djinn by mistake?  :-\
sqi broke can't recover and logically ,it shouldn't be able to recover or everyone will refine their stuff and make support ticket when it broke

yes, a mistake, because I did my weap upgrade method wrong
so it is a mystake like when someone sell a donate item for NPC

adding that with my support ticked not answered from 16th of April crash.

No, you won't get your Djinn back...if you really wanted to protect your items you'd Kafra them to be safe.

sorry to let you know they wont let you recover the SQI even if it was a misclick.. sounds like you have lots of zeny and MvP equips tho, so it probably wouldnt take you long to make another no?

that is bad, since 6 months I don't see anything funny happening on anthemro
and I'm not having time to spend playing on, maybe some day I will be back =D

I received a reply by PR-Haine for my support tycket, so;

Unfortunately, equipment which have been broken through
a WS or the upgrading NPC cannot be recovered.

it means I will take a time with anthemro and I already gave
all my of my gears to my brother, I hope see you soon guys /heh

Yeah i always upgrade half naked and rarely upgrade anything unless im dying for this upgraded item  :-\

you get warned before the upgrade like two times maybe trigger fingering to upgrade is a bad idea maybe?

Well enjoy your time away from anthem im sure some will miss ya  :laugh:


Put your personal belongings in kafra,better to be safe than sorry  ;)
