Title: Socket enchanting

I'm getting interesting in the socket enchanting process.
I want to know if it's different on anthemRO. I also want to know is an item keeps its refine level after then socket enchant.
Like if i socket a +1 full plate

• , will it give me a +1 full plate [1]?

You could get a full plate[1] for 400k

The rate of success on Normal plate[0] will bite you. Its easier to get a [1] from the player seller itself.

i wanted to have a load of them, because i wanted to make a +7 socketed armor
now, ill have to do the same frikking thing that i do

mob monster, get stuff, sell for money, and buy the armor... FANTASTIC!!!

The chance of succeeding is only 15% for a Full Plate and costs 400k + 1 Elunium to make. Statistically you would still need around 7 Full Plates in order to get a slotted one, costing around 2.8 million zeny.

Its 20%, and it beats going to kill MVP that i cant actually fight.

According to iRO Wiki:

Full Plate is an A-Rank item, which has a 15% chance of succeeding.

But yeah, you'd still need the zeny in order to make it and with that zeny you can just buy the item a lot cheaper anyway.

If you are willing to spend 400k to enchant it. Might as well pay 400k to a player for 1.
It also comes out of OVBs/OBBs . ;>

And that way you're guaranteed to have it, instead of maybe.

I'll make you a deal.  I'll buy a bunch of Full Plates, and let you upgrade em yourself, and you can just pay me double what I paid, deal? ;Da

Notice that did you?  So guys so guys?  Where then can I buy  Zweihander [2]?  Oh wait, you can't get one on this server.  And why was this NPC removed?
