can someone tell me a good place to level with no MvP Gears?

Well, what kind of gears do you happen to have?
Are you a Dagger, or Crit sin?

If you're a Crit Sin; The lower levels of the Clock Tower can be fairly good exp.

rite now i think im using +4-5 jamadhar or +5 katar of frozen icicle or +4-5 assassin dagger + +10 main gauche [4] with a dopp card in it, inccubus horns, sunglasses[1], +4 manetau [1], +4 ninja suit, +4 boots [1], 2 clips[1]... or close to that... im a few hundred cakes off of getting another dopp card... everythings maxed out until its no longer safe to up them... lately ive just been in the TF hunting cakes cuz it seems easiest/safest way to gain zeny+exp but after the last few levels it takes about an hour or so to get just a few exp %... uhh rite now i think im at str in the mid-high 60, agi at 98 with the +12 bonus, and i have enough dex to hit

seals at comodo beach is good for moneymaking as well as exp. (mobster steal get sapphires n stuff)
wind endow helps a lot

After you get your second dop, You'll be able to do anubis or something.
