Title: does it matter if your over weight?

do i lose anything by being over 50%? i mean yea you lose sp/hp regen...but thats it?

yes
my smith is always overweight. overweight is troublesome for classes that have low sp and cant carry much gj, like archer class. and annoying for sp regen classes (priests and wizes)

i also find that it affects my dating chances with gypsys.... they see all that extra weight and lots of them say... nothx /sob

but on a serious note, the only thing it'll affect aside from HP/SP regen is that you'll probably have to empty out your inventory when you /if you reskill.

  I know some players that go everywhere at 89%.  I'm rather fond of natural sp regen when i'm PvM-ing, but it doesn't really bother me too much when i'm in WoE.  Also as a heavy melee class i really like my natural hp/sp regen in PvP, it really depends on what you're doing and how much you wanna spend on GJ.

Although some people like to not so overweight I guess.
