Title: MvP Loot...

Who gets priority over the loot...is it first hit or is it who does the most damage like MvP or is it both?

isn't it FFA.... 

the one that does the Most damage (MVP) gets a chance to loot first before anyone else can

since the game itself stops anyone from just picking up the loot (unless you are in a party loot share)

I'm just not quite sure who gets priority 1st hitter or most damager or the MvPer...

First hitter gets priority by 30%. In short if you take the first hit and do only about 30% of the work and someone else MVPs you still get the loot. The %es were passed on to me by people from official servers many years back. they could be different but first hit matters. I have lost the loot several time despite MVPing simply because the other person was there first and had done substantial damage despite losing the MVP.
