Are they up since the GMs did say they were going to make a thread when they were up and I see people doing these services O_O

they did? GM transfer my character just before zone 4 down...

just make an spend credit stating the service that you want. name change and character transfer will require you to leave party and guild to avoid rejection from request.

I know what they are and the price I've done it before >_>
I'm wondering if they are doing because they said they weren't going to Name Change/Transfer till they made a thread stating they that they were... :police:
