never seen one that cheap...11 - 13 is ok i think...if you're lucky you even can find a +7 guard/buckler [Tirfing] for 13m

Well considering its 10$ card 12-13m is bit much for that.
Better get some ads from sellers n then use spend credit  ;)

I though there is discount only on direct item shop items.
Not sure on spend credit requests.. u sure its $9?
