Title: Phen card question

"Skill casting can not be interrupted.
Increase Casting Time by 25%."

does that mean you can walk around while casting too? Ie- in the middle of a storm gust.. but you can walk around while casting it. I thought I saw someone do it.. is there a different skill that allows that?

No, the skill you are thinking of is a Sage class skill known as Freecast. This allows you to move around and even attack while casting a magic skill.

Phen, allows you to have uninterupted magic casts [If you are not already Instant Cast] so you don't have to worry about your cast stopping when you are hit.
