Title: Slight concern.

With this being AnimaRO's rebirth or what not,
Back in the day there was a ton of players also having a ton of bad players, scammers, botters, hackers and whatever.
These people obviously got banned.

If they are coming back here, are they banned again?

I'm not saying GM's arent monitering and policing well, I'm just curious into if they're known as an ex'banned player, are they rebanned?

Just looking for some reassurance/clarification thanks!

Same database, so the bans stayed as well.

the banned chars may stay banned...

But I believe that the person could make a new account and chars even after being banned

they'll show thier faces again soon, atleast alot of the old ones are still gone!
