I have heard something about a high server that allows players to reach levels such as 700 or 999. I'm not sure how true this is but if it is true, i was told that I was playing on a low server. Please tell me how to download the high server. ^_^

essentially this is a low rate server ONLY

you need to look for a high rate server yourself

high rate server's mates are rough ;<

they have custom gears that looks like lincon poo and wtf gold room?!~ destroying the very urge and fun that u ned to keep u playing RO

I was also told by playing on a high server your levels can be high enough to take on mvps because they are even enough then my greatest character. I also want to know whats good and bad about the high server compared to the low server. To me it seems more fun if levels can reach so high.

Well its just on most high servers you expect to be fairly strong (only on player versus monster purposes) but let's say you get bored with that which you will eventually and money making isn't really and issue. But let's say you want to pvp or something, theres really no fun in it when people is literally beating the heck outta no for no reason when entering a pvp zone or something. Sometimes they have PK in high rate servers which a player can kill you on sight when you reach a certain (but sometimes) low level. I mean you can try a higho mid server first to get some futuristic indepth experience on a character class, but the true fun is within a low standard aRO community that has to strive to work at least somewhat making the game much more interesting and taking on mvps that proves a challenge.

high rate server will bored you fast..you can even soloing mvp without use any supply..
for me ,it just good if you not plan to seriously play and testing stuff

I've played pvp and there are players that don't seem to take any damage from my attacks. Are their levels past 99? because i go into the pvp and die quickly. I kind of find that unfair especially in a non-trans zone.

The reason I found High Rate/Super High Rate servers really boring is because you can level so fast it isn't even funny and on most it isn't even a challenge to get gears.

You talking about HR or this server?

If you're referring to her (regarding the PVP) no levels are past 99.  They just have gears. :3

Yeah sure. MVPs on high rate are still stronger than your character depending on who made it.
I've been on high rates that it was hard to get gears or cards(cause of the drop rate).
MVPs still took teamwork  ::)

If you don't like low rate then just leave and go join some high rate since all you care about is being stupidly overleveled with no skill

On a high rate i play, i became #1 ranked WS because no1 cares about ranked gears :P
It's fun being #1 though xD

You know when you play any sort of offline game, and you stick some cheats in, the usual GOD mode or unlimited ammo/resources

that there, is basically a high rate, you still play through the game, but what's the point.

High rate servers is fun for a short period of time. Middle rate is still ok though, IMO.

There are many populated High Rates out there, I could recommend some but that'd cause me a ban. ;p

And yeah, they aren't as fun as lowrates. Lowrates take time and efford to get decent geared, on your journey you get to know people/friends which makes you want to stay. On a High Rate you're on your own, 99.9% of the community is pinoy and doesn't speak one word English (not that I have some grudge against Pinoys, but it isn't really pleasant to be the only one that talks english, unless if you're Pinoy yourself, ofcourse...) and, not forget to mention, you'll be bored fast.

High rates are kinda fun to play after an MvP rapes you on a low rate server. ;Da
and I also use High Rate to test skills, cards and stuff. :x

just to remind that most high rate is aethena server
so you can't say all the stuff that you test in that server will give the same effect in aegis/aro server

im just saying because there's 1 guy believed that bapho+metaling is working but in aegis...we can't splash auto strip

Ohhh I'm not saying that its all the same

but if you never playes Sader classes before it helps to be able to play the full skill set to know what is better for your gaming style

Its not exact i know but at least you get some idea

It's mostly people who are too lazy to do lowrates who play HR. Also, it could be Noobs who like the big dmg numbers. Who knows anymore ;|

I don't really know much about servers. And all I like is a challenge so thanks for jumping down my throat. If I can't ask questions about what I don't know, then whats the point of a support forum.

Personally, I think I was most content on lowrate and midrate servers :S

@darkangel:

Go look at RateMyServer.net, they have lots of listings of various different types of servers if you wanna try them out :S And usually, it's not really polite to ask about other servers on .. well another server lol >_>;;;

yeahhh problem is you are asking about another server on This servers forums...

kinda makes you a flame target

if you actually vote  you would notice that other servers are listed in the voting sites

Agreed that high rates are only worth the time to test certain things you might want to do on this one,low rate is fine by me just wait for x2 exp events
