basically you can get the ingredients before or after you pass the arena .. you'll need seal 1 2 3 and 4 and head north of yuno with a party of 6 each having those seals then you got to defeat like a series of mvps(like 8 or so some including evil snake lord tao gunka etc etc) and then when your done make sure you talk to the valhalla person guard of valhalla(gatekeeper? something like that) i believe ... its the guy in the center of the place to be able to go back there with the same character and not having to pass the arena once again on that character
