Title: Can OCA's drop MVP cards?

Cause RMS says no, but someone told me they got a mysteltain card from one. So do they or dont they?

miniboss would be like...most of the "lesser 17ads mvp cards" (but not all)

and I suppose there's a higher chance of getting poporing or something than there is of grabbing an angeling?

Some cards are more common.
Poring Cards being the most common cards.

I have got 2 angelings so far in 80 something OCAs i may have opened.
