Title: What is the best why to make an ic wizard?

Cost really isn't a problem. Just trying t see what options I have.

Well if you can afford to get the sqi? that helps alot..
If not:
Kaho                                                                                                                +20
Quad Dex Rod                                                                                                    +4
Sting Gloves/ Celebs/ Brys                                                                           +10 / +10/ +18
(+6 Dex Job bonus at lvl 50)                                                                                 +6
At this point you still need Monsoon Muff and Gargoyle shoes (or just get a blessing) +10
