You have to pay $40 if you have a plain Lord Kaho Horn that you wish to turn into that customization, or $15 if you are changing an already custom Kaho into that headgear.

I don't know the name of it, but a headgear like that exists already but is not a kaho.  It was a headgear given out to specific people that re-deemed the headgear after an event we had on a Test Server a while back.

it will only be 5ads for him/her if it is already an existing kaho.

Angel, it's not existing.

What you see is a Coif [1] that has a sprite error.  We don't have that ITEM as a kaho, but something to *look* like it, such as how the Orc Hero Helment thing looks like a Black Valk Helm.

Not recommended, I wouldn't be surprised if the hat will be fixed, and it go back to looking like a coif. Then you'd have a kaho that looks like a coif. The orginal sprite of this item is called bunny hat. It's a special item that people get for participating in an event earlier some time ago. Thing is, hats like these are not available as a kaho sprite.

now i am so confious T_T So really i can get the Bunny hat by requesting a coif kaho right?

and it is already existing so i only have to pay 5 ads for it am i right? any GM's who can help hahaha

my Poing is ( Coif kaho already exist in game right?)

Well, Coif [1] looks like it, so you could do that, but they may change the sprite to what it should be, eventually. =/
