I asked today if people were getting these through name changes and got told that was a no go so how the <3 are people getting names with only 3 letters in them? =3=

But I already asked and the GM reply was a name change still couldn't be 3 letters.

Spend Credit Requests are done by High GMs.
PR-Haine does stuff like Divorces, Un-Adoptions, and the like.

GM Tesla answered the ticket....
The one I keep seeing is Sex but they said they bought the account and have no idea how they got away with a 3 letter name. I wonder if you can or used to be able to name change it and they don't want to anymore.

Maybe there's a space in the name and they just don't know it since they bought it? Or maybe the name is old before there was a limit of 3 characters? Not sure if there ever was a time where there was no character limit, but it is possible.
Not necessarily. Maybe there was a policy change at some point, and we don't do it now but used to. 'qyb didn't exactly share with us how long ago that name change was. For all we know, it could've been back on AnimaRO instead of AnthemRO.
There are all kinds of possibilities that do not involve any lying. I'll see if I can get some sort of official response to all of this, but I can't promise anything.

Jon10 made the characters Sex and Fat through spend credit requests. What's fair for one player should be fair for all.

Sounds like there may be a simple miscommunication amongst the staff who does spend credit requests, so I'll try to get an official statement. Either way, there is no need to throw around insults about the staff.
