Title: Hmm...Question

Alright so as I read Kiba say something that if I had an AnimaRO account back then I'd be capable to log into that account and my characters would be there. When I tried to log onto that account it said, "Account ID blocked by the Game Master Team"...what's that mean exactly  ???
I logged onto this website's front page just fine with my account...even though it said that the account doesn't have any characters on it, but I know I do have chatacters.
I don't know, it just got me pondering what exactly happened there. I've already made myself a new account, but yea.
